Tristan Landgrebe
Kinesiology & Biology Tutor
Tristan is a second year Kinesiology major in the Schreyer's Honors College. Currently he is working in the Women's Heath Exercise Laboratory (WHEL), an exercise physiology research lab centered around the interplay between energy intake and energy expenditure, reproductive function, and bone health in both male and female athletes. Tristan is also the co-founding vice president of a Penn State student organization, Growth & Development, a club focused on the academic, physical, and mental growth of incoming freshman experiencing college life for the first time. Tristan has previous teaching experience working as a learning assistant, creating study guides and practice tests for student to use as examination prep. Tristan grew up in a southern town in Pennsylvania known as West Grove, there he spent most of his free time swimming, biking, and running in the summer months and snowboarding in the winter ones. After college Tristan aspires to go to medical school to continue his education to one day work in the field of orthopedics.
Random Fact: I have worked as a lifeguard for over three years.
