Amber Chen is a third-year honors student at Penn State, majoring in Actuarial Mathematics and minoring in Statistics. She serves as the Director of Communications for the Actuarial Science Club and is actively involved in Penn State’s largest dance organization, Volé, as well as her sorority, Sigma Omicron Pi. Last summer, Amber gained valuable experience as an Actuarial Intern at Transamerica, and she is excited to continue her professional journey this summer with Prudential in Newark, NJ. In her free time, Amber enjoys drinking boba with friends, rewatching New Girl and How I Met Your Mother, and dancing to Taylor Swift.

Random Fact: When she was younger, she ran my own annual summer camp with my friends, which she named “Amber Camp!”
